Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 5rrr platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 5rrr.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the 5rrr platform. Continued use of 5rrr after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by 5rrr, including but not limited to gaming, promotions, the referral program, the mobile app, and customer support interactions.

To register and use 5rrr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing 5rrr from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 5rrr employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 5rrr under a self-exclusion agreement or disciplinary action.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

5rrr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Each person is permitted to hold one 5rrr account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5rrr account password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 5rrr will never contact you to ask for your password — any communication claiming to be from 5rrr that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact 5rrr support immediately via live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action to secure your account.

5rrr accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only, processed through the following payment methods:

• Nagad — instant credit to your 5rrr wallet

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 5rrr reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures.

Deposits are credited to your 5rrr wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within ten minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5rrr does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside 5rrr's control and are your responsibility.

Deposits made to 5rrr are for gaming purposes only. 5rrr does not accept deposits from third parties — the payment method you use to deposit must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals from your 5rrr wallet are processed to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket in BDT. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• There is no minimum withdrawal amount. You can withdraw any available balance.
• Withdrawals are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions, 24 hours a day.
• 5rrr charges zero fees on withdrawals.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party wallet.
• First-time withdrawals may require a one-time identity verification step. This is a standard security measure and is completed quickly.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

5rrr reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, 5rrr will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

5rrr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your 5rrr wallet in a separate bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 5rrr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means — including creating multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account closed.

The referral program at 5rrr allows members to earn a 20% commission on deposits made by players they refer. Referral commissions are credited automatically and can be withdrawn under the same conditions as regular winnings. Referral abuse — including referring fake accounts or self-referrals — will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.

5rrr's VIP loyalty program rewards regular players with cashback, higher deposit bonuses, and faster withdrawal processing. VIP tier benefits are reviewed monthly and may change based on your activity level during the preceding period.

All games available on 5rrr use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results, account history, deposit amounts, or any other external factor. The RTP figures published for each game are accurate and consistent.

By placing a bet on 5rrr, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing.
• You accept that the outcome of each game round is determined by the RNG and is final.
• You are placing bets with funds that you can afford to lose.
• You will not attempt to exploit any technical error, glitch, or malfunction in any game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 5rrr reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet amount to your wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

The minimum bet across most 5rrr games is ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. 5rrr reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5rrr platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one 5rrr account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions through multi-accounting, false information, or coordinated play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of bots or automation: Using any software, script, or automated tool to interact with 5rrr games or systems.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent payment method.
• Money laundering: Using 5rrr to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 5rrr staff or other members through any communication channel.

5rrr actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If your account is flagged, we may request additional documentation before allowing further gameplay or withdrawals. Cooperation with these requests is required to maintain your account in good standing.

In cases of termination due to a Terms and Conditions violation, 5rrr reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

5rrr provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform availability and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5rrr shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or winnings arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 5rrr.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits 5rrr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
